Sajid mainly practices in Immigration law, public law and Human Rights and accepts instructions in these areas. He regularly appears in appeals against the Secretary of State for the Home Department in First- Tier Tribunal (IAC) and Upper Tribunal (IAC).
Sajid has expertise in EEA law, Refugee Convention, and Human Rights, and skilled worker visa, deportation appeals, immigration bails and point based system applications. He also has experience of as a Solicitor before qualifying as a Barrister.
He frequently receives instructions from the Secretary of State for home department to appear before the First-tier Tribunal (IAC) in immigration appeals. He is also sitting as a Senior Member of Valuation Tribunal England (VTE) since 11th November 2024.
