On 27th January 2021, there will be an event regarding the NEC VS JCT – Panel Debate, with one of our members, Mr Anthony Philpott, who will be answering questions from the JCT Perspective and Kai von Phalen will be answering questions from the NEC perspective.
Mr Trevor Drury, who is the Chairman of the The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) Bristol Hub and also a member at 12 Old Square will be acting as question master for this event.
