Trevor Drury, barrister at 12 Old Square and Chairman of the Chartered Institute of Building in Bristol, has organised a on 1st April a seminar. Mr Anthony Philpott, our highly experienced construction law specialist, will be engaging in a debate with Kai Von Pahlen of Veale Wasbrough Vizards LLP.
Mr Philpott will answer questions from the JCT perspective, whilst Mr Von Pahlen will respond in respect of NEC.
This seminar will pose the same questions or frequent issues that construction projects experience to our highly experienced construction law specialist speakers.
The aim of the seminar is that those attending will come away with an understanding of what they are required to do under each style of contract for the same issue.
Registration for the event begins at 6pm, accompanied by a light buffet.
