Feedback from Black Antelope Law

This afternoon, we received some feedback from Shaheen Mamun, Principal Solicitor of Black Antelope Law, regarding a case that Mr George Mavrantonis.

“Good Afternoon George, I have just received the following provisional decision from IAC Birmingham granting Kibria Ahmed his appeal on papers (HOPO must contest this no later than 8 July 2020 if they intend to do so) – a very splendid decision considering the numerous obstacles he went through but most impressively the Judge relied solely on your ASA.

I don’t think I’ve come across a more strategically planned appeal and well drafted ASA that you undertook, Client has asked to send over his regards to you and consents to the provisional decision (in case of any doubt).”
