On 9th July 2021, Mr Mansoor Fazli achieved success in a housing matter appeared on behalf of the Respondent doctor before Mrs Justice Steyn at the Queen’s Bench Division of the High Court in a substantive appeal brought by the Claimant. The Claimant alleged that he was unlawfully evicted from his home by the Respondent and that the Recorder from the lower Court had erred in refusing to grant him interim injunctive relief by re-admitting him into the premises where he previously resided.
Mrs Justice Steyn dismissed the appeal on all grounds and awarded costs in favour of the successful Respondent.
