Charlotte Boaitey
Charlotte has a general common law background with considerable experience in criminal law (defence and prosecution), as well as in employment and Local Government.
Charlotte has chaired Review Committees for Councillors’ remuneration. She is also an Assistant Boundary Commissioner.
She specialises in Probate, immigration and regularly acts as an expert witness on Ghanaian customary marriage
She undertakes cases in Mental Health (Part time President of the Mental Health Review Tribunal).
Charlotte is authorised to conduct Litigation.
Charlotte is registered with the Bar Public Access and is a member of the Oxford Women’s Group of Social Anthropologists and was the consultant anthropologist to the Granada Television’s Disappearing World: Asante Market Women.
