Darryl Balroop has a busy common law practice and is instructed principally in the fields of crime and immigration. He also receives instructions across the range of Chamber’s common-law practice areas including contract,public law/ judicial review  and housing.

Darryl has developed a successful practice in both the Magistrates’ Court and Crown Court. He has a predominantly defence based practice which deals with those charged with a wide range of offences. His recent instructions include Robbery, GBH, possession with intent to supply, fraud and other dishonesty offences.

Civil

In civil matters, Darryl is instructed to advise on both contentious and non-contentious matters. His practice includes advice and representation in matters of contract, defamation and housing.
